Protein smoothies have been my go-to for decades, however, the ones I make now are more nutrient-dense than in the old days.

Fans of intermittent fasting swear their energy levels are high and their metabolism boosted by breaking their fast much later in the day. I'm a little bit curious, but not curious enough to try it.
