Yep, these all look great! However a friend of mine has had knee problems he thinks might be related to all of his cycling. Too much of a good thing so to speak. With just about everything, moderation is the key. Great video; thanks Tony!

I've had many clients over the years express relief and gratitude when learning results can come without "pushing to the max."

The Biggest Loser television show did a lot to make the fitness industry look bad, including preaching that exercise has to be a near-death experience.

And of course, you, being as outstanding a certified master trainer and life style fitness coach as any I've come across, know that is absolutely NOT the case. And I just don't believe the overwhelming majority of people want to sign up for the "near death experience" you mentioned when it comes to exercise. Most people just want to be healthy and live longer and well. Genetics notwithstanding, that does not require them to max out with every single workout or anything even remotely close to that.
