NEW MUSIC VIDEO "BREATHE IN"
My mind played with what I learned after studying 2 Timothy at church. It is written, “All scripture is breathed out by God.” It became clear to me what follows. When we “Breathe In” we inhale his words. This song is a compilation of my reflections.
I want to live my life consciously breathing in God's word, peace and grace. Exhaling hurt, pain and fear. I imagine I am not the only one that sometimes forgets, because breathing is often unconscious, that breath is the way back to God.
Sincere gratitude to you, the Youtropolis community, for your support. I appreciate when you share with me the specifics of what you enjoy about my music...that means a lot and inspires me to keep writing and singing.

Breathe In resonated physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Just a few bars into listening to your beautiful voice with its dreamy vibe I was transported to somewhere in another time.
I felt myself gliding around the dance floor, feeling the hand of my husband touching my back. We always enjoyed dancing to songs with a slow gentle steady tempo. For a few moments I was breathing in and breathing out pure joy from being held by Mike...a grace gift from God. It was one of those rare experiences you sing about of feeling infused with Spirit. Then of course, the moment had to end.
Listening the second time, I heard the beautiful lyrics reminding me that God is only a breath away. Breath and Spirit are so intertwined for me. He is indeed gracious. I often use breath to calm myself and let go of fear. While I am a pretty conscious breather, I too forget. Hearing the words again are always appreciated.
Thank you for writing and singing this beautiful song that created an opportunity for me to dance with Mike! Who knew.

Oh my goodness, this truly touched my heart, what a beautiful moment for you! To read how one of my songs could impact you so deeply is just unbelievable. I'm much better at expressing myself through music than I am at writing or speaking. It doesn't seem adequate to just say thank you but, thank you!

This is beautiful. As I listened to your song, and was present and mindful of my breathing I could feel in the entering of God when breathing in and when breathing out, releasing my pain and worries. Thank you ❤️

There's so much pain, suffering, and negativity these days. We all feel it. Listening to your beautiful music brings hope and clarity that we're not in this alone. Truth and Wisdom are available to us if we're willing to receive it. Thanks so much for sharing your gift with us.

Honestly, this song should be heard everywhere. I truly believe it's an anthem for our time. I can hear it playing in doctor's offices, hospital waiting rooms, classrooms before exams, funerals, through earbuds before sitting down with the boss, and in all churches, synagogues, and mosques before, during, or once the service ends. Congratulations on writing a beautiful hit song! Publish the sheet music and send it out into the world!💖
