As a business owner, I want the people I hire to feel valued. Thank you are words I don’t hesitate to say, but a workplace study featured in this Inc. article revealed four particular words coming from ”the boss” had much more impact than thank you; 50% more according to researcher findings.

I liked reading this. I think men hold back a lot on saying I'm grateful to anyone other than God. We don't like to cop to needing anyone's help or admitting our gratitude when we receive it. Thanks for sharing.

I can see how much more meaningful "I am very grateful" would be. It's very personal from both the thanks giver and also to the receiver. Definitely good advice, thank you.
